• How long is the order processing time?
It takes atleast 2 days for order processing. Our team needs to check the full information of the order and then it is shipped from our warehouse. Our team verifies the quality check and send for the packaging.
• How do I make an exchange?
To make Returns or Exchange you need to contact on mail id: info@loverx.in. Then you need to share the actual issue and if in case any damage in the product, we need photos of it. Our Team will investigate this and revert you within 24 hours of working time period.
• What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payments like Credit Card, Debit Card, Visa Card, Master Card, American Express as well. You can also order the product in the Cash on Delivery type. Even you can transfer the amount direct to bank as well. Once you on the checkout page, you will the option for the payment modes.
• What are the discounts currently running on your site
We always have discount and offers live on the site. We suggest you to visit our site and know more deals going on.
• In case I return the products, will the COD charges be credited back?
These are one time charges and are non-refundable.
• Can I see the products before I accept the courier?
We dont have open delivery facility at this point in time. In case you are not happy with the item received, you can raise a return request through the mail with Order Id.
